When your WiFi is working as it should, you barely even notice it's there. But when the network is feeling clunky, it's impossible to ignore.
And if you don't keep on top of things, your WiFi can change from a headache into a real problem.
Just like a car needs its MOT, it's important to ensure your network is secure, balanced and optimised so you can keep your users happy and your data safe.
We have over 15 years of expertise in transforming old, tired WiFi environments into lean and efficient networks. And now, we want to help give your wireless network the once-over it needs with our very popular WiFi Audit Service.
Through our service, we'll help you to understand where the gaps lie in your network design. And most importantly, we'll give you the analysis you need to secure and bolster your WiFi, so you can continue to meet the demands of your users.
We take good WiFi seriously, and so do our customers - so we only have a limited number of new audit spaces available. Don't delay - book your WiFi Audit now.
After an initial remote consultation you will have an on-site visit from one of our experienced WiFi consultants who will, utilising industry leading technology (Ekahau Sidekick 2) gather a comprehensive volume of data around the current WiFi environment in terms of both your internal and third party networks that are detectable on site.
This data will then be analysed by our team of experts and a detailed bespoke report is created.
5 Reasons Why Your WiFi Is Woeful - And How To Fix It
How is your current network performing? What internal or third party equipment is inhibiting its performance? What security vulnerabilities are present? What unauthorised WiFi equipment is active on site?
Is your equipment the right fit for your environment? Is your design appropriate i.e. are your assets in the right physical place? Do you have sufficient hardware for coverage and device density? Is your hardware supported? Is your SSID structure suitable for your needs?
Are your users having issues you are not aware of? How are users using the WiFi? Where are users using - or more importantly - avoiding using your WiFi?
From our detailed analysis we will outline modifications that are required to your system to optimise performance.
Since 2007, we've assessed, deployed and optimised WiFi for thousands of different customers, including the likes of Kings Cross London, Royal Hospital Chelsea and Marston's PLC. Our reputation, customer focus and industry knowledge are the building blocks to our success in the IT industry over the past 15 years. We're also proud to hold a 5-star rating on our Google Reviews, so don't just take our word for it - see for yourself.
When quoting for your WiFi Audit Service, we take into full consideration the specific circumstances of your site. We guarantee the price we quote is the price you'll pay - we don't do hidden charges.
Pricing for our WiFi Audit Service is based on factors including geographical location, square footage, and the structural complexity of a site. Where there is the possibility of a higher cost for an audit to take place, we will always outline this clearly prior to arranging any on-site visit.
Once you have filled out the above contact form, we'll come back to you to arrange a call, in which we will ask you about your site and how you use your WiFi. We'll then arrange for the on-site visit to take place.
Typically for the on-site visit, one of our engineers will arrive with you at the start of the day. We'll need a quick chat to confirm details such as confirming any access restrictions or PPE requirements. Our engineer will then start surveying using our specialist test equipment (Ekahau Sidekick 2) and will visit all areas where wireless coverage is required. Our staff are discreet and focused on minimising any impact or disruption to your organisation.
Once the survey is complete, our engineer will report back to Haptic HQ, where we will review the findings of the visit and create your bespoke WiFi Audit report. We will then hold a final post-audit call with you to discuss the findings and provide any recommendations as required.
No. Our investigative process is not invasive and does not impact your wireless network or users.
Unlike many other IT companies who outsource their expertise, we will never send anyone to your site to complete a WiFi Audit who is not a full-time member of the Haptic team. When it comes to WiFi, we pride ourselves on our reputation. Our industry-leading expertise allows us to deliver a high-quality assessment that can truly benefit your network should you decide to act on the recommendations provided by our report.
Before the on-site visit can take place, you will need to provide the floor plans for your site, as well as ensuring our engineers are provided with access to all relevant areas of your building. This will allow us to obtain a detailed view of your current WiFi environment so we can provide the most accurate recommendations for how to best optimise your site. You will also need to be available for our pre (up to 30 mins) and post-audit (up to 60 mins) calls.
If while on-site one of our engineers spots a flaw or error in how your network is configured, they will not mention this. We're used to working with IT professionals in larger organisations, and our mission is always to help and offer consultancy, not to undermine the quality of any existing systems. Our assessment and recommendations will only be provided in your bespoke WiFi Audit report. Feedback is always given in the fullest of confidence and will only be shared directly with you.
Once report handover has been completed, if there is any additional work or consultancy required, Haptic will be more than happy to assist in helping you remedy your situation.
Absolutely. Please mention this to a member of our team and we will be more than happy to send across a redacted example WiFi Audit report.
Subject to our purchasing Terms & Conditions, we would act on a purchase order from you. We operate on a 30-day invoice basis from the date that our work is completed.
The testing equipment we use costs in excess of £10,000. On top of this, there are associated costs of subscriptions & training requirements which cost over £2000 per annum, to ensure we can deliver the most accurate and beneficial insight on how your wireless network is performing. This, coupled with over a decade and a half of our experience, means that whilst you could do a DIY assessment of your WiFi, you would find it difficult to obtain the depth of understanding necessary to overcome your WiFi challenges.
